These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Giftribute website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Giftribute

Giftribute is a gifting company that provides curated gift boxes and custom gift boxes. Our products are categorized for Men, Women, Girls, Boys, and Infants, and are offered under Basic and Luxury collections.

Giftribute does not sell edible items or products with expiry dates.

2. Products & Services

  • Giftribute offers non-edible, non-perishable gift items only.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual items, colors, or packaging may vary slightly due to availability or customization.
  • Gift boxes may include items sourced from third-party brands.

3. Custom & Curated Boxes

  • Curated Boxes are pre-designed by Giftribute.
  • Custom Boxes are created based on customer selections or preferences.
  • Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Basic and Luxury categories differ in pricing based on product selection, packaging, and presentation.
  • Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or customization fees will be added at checkout.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Giftribute reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payments must be made through the approved payment methods available on our platform.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, customization, or external factors.
  • Giftribute is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of gifting and customization:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for curated or custom gift boxes unless:
    • The product is damaged upon delivery, or
    • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.
  • Approved refunds or replacements are at Giftribute’s sole discretion.

8. Product Care & Use

  • Giftribute is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear of products after delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability of gift items for infants or children.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, images, and packaging concepts are the intellectual property of Giftribute.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Giftribute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Misuse the website or services
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and service improvement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UAE.

Giftribute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
